He wouldn't do that to his fans. He must know we'd all abandon him on the spot.

haha. My friend said the show tonight was pretty good, but it was pretty much the same set he has been playing the whole tour. He did go out into the audience at a stage set up in the middle of the floor and play a song back there. He was also very gracious and said that tonight was such a great night.

I really don't have a problem with him playing similar sets. I don't plan to see him 15 times a tour like I do DMB so it won't get old for me. It's an entirely different experience between the two for me. As long as he kicks my ass with that electric guitar I don't care what he plays.

I was at the show last night at the garden. He was great. This was my first time seeing him in a few years (I was supposed to see him in Hartford last summer but it got cancelled due to laryngitis). I think that this time around seeing him, I always enjoyed his music, but this time around was the most enjoyable because now at least he has 3 legitimate albums that he can play songs from. Even though he played a pretty standard set most of the tour, its refreshing to hear an "older" song rather than he just play everything off of continuum. I did see one taper there last night, so hopefully this will be up on etree or somewhere soon.

I don't have any on my new MacBook and love that stuff.
I have it on my old computer which is not hooked up to the internet... I'll have to pull it off some day... I got real into Mayer back in like 2001... Stuff like "this will all make perfect sense someday" which is one of my favorite acoustic mayer songs by the way...

I might have to see if I can get to Hershey this summer...

I wasn't into him for the longest time, but I got the trio cd last year and Contiuum this year, so my thoughts are changing quickly.
