They had to get security to move blocks of people in sections after the show. The crowd, as a collective, seemed to have had a much better time for Mansfield. Of course you're always going to get those few blotches that aren't into the show, like my buddy who sat in Sec. 5 like 5 rows up said his area sucked. But on the whole, I think the crowd was more reactive to songs and Dave in general in Mansfield.
I was also dead center of section 5 so not sure what your buddy is talking about really but Saturday the guy in front of me was FaceTiming his girlfriend the entire time and kept tying to get everyone around him to engage with him. Point being it really could only be one person ruining your time.

Last point about Hartford, I know itís been talked about but I saw Carter before the show as thereís a view of the busses from the lawn and I was disappointed to see he was welcoming a group of fans to the backstage area. Now itís not to say our local drummers arenít next but if heís doing this why hasnít he hooked these guys up for once yet.

Probably because he thinks they have ulterior motives and that other group was more genuine? Who knows? Maybe there were some hotties in that bunch? Carter may be a "can't dine off menu" kind of guy, but it doesn't mean he can't peruse one.

Well to be fair, when he said his "area", I'm sure he didn't mean the entire section 5. It is quite possible that the people in front, to the side and behind him just didn't seem as engaged as the rest of the section.

Pretty sure he was still throwing them out of the window of his bus while driving away from mansfield. Coran probably told him to chill for a bit. Also, it was Hartford, no need to be giving those rioting thugs deadly weapons.

Of course Captain was truncated. First bustout in weeks and it's a half hearted version

Eh, short doesn’t mean half hearted. MSG 02 is a *great* version that doesn’t have the last verse.

The Captain performance was smooth but it did actually feel half hearted to me.

Yeah, I definitely hear it that way too. Kinda shows how 'meh' this show was when I thoroughly enjoy a half-hearted Captain more than almost anything else in the set.

His commentary videos are decent, but most of them have like 10 views. All he has to do is make a video titled ďDMB family is creepyĒ and heíll explode

No reason to get on that guy. He actually seems like he's a genuinely nice guy from watching a few of his commentary videos. Just don't watch the video if you don't like his singing. It's a harmless video and he was excited for the song. Even the YouTube comments are a bit aggressive. But in my opinion people who comment on YouTube videos are the worst.

Whatever happened to being able to dog a guy that puts up a cringey video?
