Here's the show, in Flac format, split and titled, etc.

I'm not sure what NPR's audio bitrate is, but I captured it while watching @ 720p. I did so using Replay Music 7 to Wav, then split the file using CD Wave Editor into Flac. Added the promo pic and some tag info to the files, etc. etc.

I think the audio is 112kbps. (I downloaded both 1920x1080 and 1280x720 and both showed 112kbps.)

Watched half of this then honestly got bored and stopped. Dave solo doesn’t do it for me unless there’s something truly new or unusual about it, like a big loud song played quietly, or something random or new like FTT and Raven were in 2002 Benaroya.

DDTW by Dave solo is the very definition of a big loud song played quietly.

Here on out is better solo. Mercy sounded good, but he really seemed to struggle through it.

yes. i'm not sure i like the strumming instead of the fingerpicking. and also he didnt help himself by fucking up the first chorus. i think by the time he got to the end, he didn't want to do the "mercy what will become of us?" part again, so he just ended it abruptly

I don't follow any other artists as closely as I follow DMB, so I don't know how many others do this but I have to hand it to Dave, when he does appearances like this, he goes over and above. He could have done 3 songs and hit the road, but he did 6 songs. Storytellers, he does a full show. That may create extra work for editing and such but he seems like he genuinely likes to play and doesn't want to just give the minimum.

I think I might prefer Dave solo. It’s nice to hear the songs, ddtw especially, without the added Tim noise. Full band though of course I want Tim there

Exact opposite for me. I want Tim there when it's played acoustic. I like what he adds. I think DDTW has become too loud/harsh when it's played full band with Tim.
