So binge drinking after an intense workout/sauna and not drinking water was a terrible idea. I felt like death this morning. It was bad.

Yea, I have cut down on drinking lately. Only Johnny Walker and Francis Coppola cabernet lately.

People always talk about how much it sucks to work out after a night of drinking. What's even worse is the day after lifting and then drinking a shit ton. Fucking horrible.

Grilled tuna steaks, broccoli and a sweet potato has been my go-to meal lately. Also throw in some grilled shrimp when they are on sale.

i basically stopped drinking since the end of this past november. dropped 30 lbs of fat, prbly put on 10 lbs of lean muscle. back to under 200 lbs again

I don't drink a ton, but if I cut it out altogether my weight loss would be a lot easier. I have a big frame and want to drop around 25-30 pounds. I'm 6'3 245 right now. I'm kind of rededicating myself and trying to get in that 220 range where I haven't been in a couple of years.
