Does this version of Seven sound different from the other 2 to anyone else?

I'll get a copy of the new Blenheim disc next time I'm up there, which should be sometime in the next month or two.

No, it's the BWGK studio version.

Looks like the Blenheim disc is Funny, Stone, and Trouble. Not too shabby.

Maybe they should just give them away for free?

My wife and I are members there, and last year the disc came out earlier and was included in our June pick-up. This year they seem to have purposely waited an extra month or two so that we have to spend an extra $50 there in order to get it (they'll be out of stock by the time the next pickup happens in November). Kinda shitty (and we would be doing that anyway most likely), but I guess it makes business sense. No telling how many people got copies last year that wouldn't have wanted one otherwise.

It would be fantastic if we got the two SPAC shows from 2015 as a live release someday.

To each his/her own. I really enjoyed the acoustic sets.

Aside from some glaring omissions, like Jimi, I thought they did a great job with the acoustic sets. Plus, the Ladies never were in them. A little more diversity and they could've been exceptional instead of just good/great.

The Dave Solo #40 and Whiter Shade of Pale from N2 are incredible. There are so many highlights from that weekend. The Acoustic sets with Bela were insane, then the Halloween 2nd encore was a great way to end the weekend.

Not sure they need a release, but I'd put the N2 acoustic set against any. They should put that Grace on a disc at least.

I remember when they played Cornbread to close the acoustic set. Sounded just like it always does.

By the end of the 2 year experiment there was virtually no difference. in early 2014, Carter was playing a different kit with congas and a small kick. by 2015, he was just using Questlove's drum kit. I think that basically sealed the sound. The only difference was Tim on acoustic but the rest was essentially identical.

All true. And Tim on acoustic is enough for me to want it.
