I remember looking at the screens during those ‘04 Sugar Wills and loving the sort of “static” looking graphic that seemed to move to the groove. Fell in love with this song instantly in that moment. One of my top 10, I think.

Such a really, really cool riff from Dave. No idea how he thought of that one but a great example of how he’s underrated as a guitarist (when it comes to writing original compositions).

I wouldn't go that far. The lyric is above average for Dave on that album and Roi is lovely on it. But it's still a plodding, airtight number. Ballard sure sucked the life out of DMB with his less-is-more approach.

I still like some of the stuff on Everyday. The title cut, Fool to Think, TSB and So Right especially. But the album obviously suffers from being a rush job.

This, however, is 100% truth.

Agreed. It's a good song that gets more overrated due to its' rarity. It's a solid song with great work from Roi but I wouldn't put it in DMB's top 100 songs. FTT and So Right are both better, and while Space Between is a little trite I also think from a songwriting standpoint it's also better.

I think what I enjoyed the most out of that one is the segues I got whenever it popped up at my shows.

2001 - STDH > Grace
2002 - STDH > Loving Wings
2003 - STDH > Stay
2006 - STDH > Break Free

Its a solid middle of the road song for Everyday.

Here's an unpopular one, I fucking love I Did It & Hunger.

I think Crash is DMB’s best album and it isn’t close.

Crash is my favorite album personally without a doubt. For me it's the perfect representation of the band. But yea I'd say it's absolutely close when trying to pick the best one.

Someone just asked for Blackjack to come back, you'll be fine. They're probably gonna be similar to the opinions when Crash was first released anyway.

Iíll talk about what I donít like about BTCS song by song (if applicable)

Pantala Naga Pampa - ok this is fine
Rapunzel - Dave and the band play the chorus too hesitantly. Otherwise solid
Last stop - No complaints, but weird position on the album
Donít Drink - way too slow, lyrics are cheese, boring. Overlong. Uncreative
Stay - more cheese, another overlong song. Too repetitive at the end.
Halloween - great
The Stone - Sax is too low in the mix
Crush - timís Solo is grating and whiny. Ruins the jam
Dreaming Tree - great
Pig - great. Daveís voice cracks in the outro so itís good they cut it
Spoon - great
