Yes, go see Mother!

The more I analyze what I saw, the more I love the overall meaning of it. I'm not saying I loved all the things I saw in the movie, but get what Darren was going for in the context of the movie. Very provocative material that makes you question what you just watched.

Fun fact: It was only shot with 3 cameras!

Just when you thought the Terminator franchise couldn't get anymore fucked and confusing, they announce that Linda Hamilton is coming back for the next one. So much for canon and logic!

Didn't Genysis pretty much take care of the canon and logic issue by completely ignoring both? Ugh. Fuck that movie.

Yep.

Pretty sure the idea behind this one is just ignoring everything that came out after T2. So this will be the "true" sequel to the second one.

No, just producing. The director of DEADPOOL is doing it.

Cameron is too busy making 4 more Avatar films that nobody wants.

I've never been a huge fan of James Cameron's movies. I've seen most of them, save The Abyss. My favourite is probably Piranha II.

Oh, I forgot he also did Aliens and True Lies. And I admit T2 was an excellent action film.

Okay, I like about half of his stuff. But still, I don't go out of my way to watch it.

I'm really not a Cameron fan either, but I love the Abyss. You really should check it out. Go for the extended edition if you do.

The man has only directed 7 movies, and to me, they are all good. You might not like him as a person, but i don't see how one can say they aren't a fan of his movies.

I think I liked everything he did up to Titanic. I honestly hated both Titanic and Avatar on first viewing, not because they aren't achievements in filmmaking, but because all the effort went into the spectacle of them, and the stories in both were so rote and predictable that I was bored with them, in spite of how beautiful they undeniably were.
