It’s endlessly funny to me how this band is incapable of reading the room. Last stop of a tour, lots of people traveling in for a show, and they drop a glorified festival set.

Meanwhile, weeknight in Columbus they go nuts busting out crazy stuff.

But they sound great and people are having fun. Reminds me of the 2012-2016 people would always come back from the show and state how Boyd was on fire

Eh doesnt seem like a bad set at all, flow looks pretty decent. Night 1 of 2 anyway. Don’t regret not going after the run I had. Would have been nice to get a fishtender opener instead of 2x OSW openers back to back but that’s life and DMB in general.

Looking forward to listening to the tape.

Hey, Riverbend usually gets better sets than this.

That's as energetic a run as it gets. Gotta be something mellow next. Would be surprised if it was BBN, Warehouse, WIA or something like that.
Thatís a fun AF run.

Bayou is a beast in 2018 and especially on the winter run. Aside from a brief eye roll when I hear the intro start I always rock the F out by the end.

It was played once this summer and missed both Virginia shows, right? Heh.

Studio take is great, but itís a snoozer live. Not sure what they could do to remedy that. Shame, because it like it.

I think you misheard/misread. They were wishing Boyd was actually on fire.

If weíre being honest, thatís probably why they donít play Dreaming Tree often.

Let’s spice things up....throw Preservation Hall Jazz Band at it and see what sticks!

I do wish they did Christmas Song at MSG. But, I preferred both first encores we got. Maybe in the main set though.

In retrospect, "When I'm Weary" was a crazy get. Wonder if they'll bring it back tomorrow.

More songs that I like than don't like. But glad Columbus was my show this tour.
