I know Grey is over 50% of my total shows, Jimi is probably 40-45%.

Also looking at you OSW.

Me too. And it's always great. The song itself is tired, no doubt. The rest is always worth the price of admission.

That said, speaking of overplayed songs, I never want to see or hear Grey Street again. Anything post 2001 is dead to me.

Also, back in the day I couldn't not get a OSW opener. Like 5 years straight worth of it.

I’m hoping on the subway at the walnut locust street station in a few, staying at the Hyatt Bellevue. Hopefully going down to Xfinity Live. Here’s to a good show everyone.

Ha no way itíll be the best jam. Thereís barely any jam. Itís all theatrics

Honestly Iím just sick of it. I get it regularly and its a 20 minute or so burn out of my show. I never really loved it, I donít really enjoy it musically. I think its a boring song that drones on and ends up with a lot of loud noise and squeaking followed by the same Sexy MFker I thought was cool in 2011 at Randallís but has become so routine now I can predict exactly when its gonna hit.

I really donít dislike much in a show and expect to get slogged with songs Iíve heard a ton before but Jimi Thing bores the shit out of me.

Still stoked to go tonight. Just regular TDC level bitching going on.

The little reinventions in Jimi over the years keep it just fresh enough for me to still really enjoy it live. This year the Buddy/Tim Jam is awesome and the extended Sexy MF is enjoyable too.
The part that needs to be retooled is the horn jam because that’s been identical (barring guests) for, what, 15 years?

As for tonight’s set:

Song that Jane Likes
One Sweet World
Samurai Cop
Seven
Crush
Kill the King
Again and Again
The Stone
Sweet Emotion >
Minarets
Can’t Stop
Dancing Nancies
Warehouse
She
When the World Ends
Belly Belly Nice
Typical Situation
Watchtower
—————————
Break Free
Ants Marching

Yeah the Jimi jam sucks now too. Gimmicky crap and it takes up 20 minutes.

Gotcha. I completely understand. No worries.

Also, people were tailgating in the lots earlier. Badass thing to do in December

Did that for the November 2010 show in Philly. Colder than fuck but a blast.
