Im the one that made the joke, but i also bought a firedancer dog collar back in June. I blame it as a sheer boredom COVID purchase, but my dog does look good in red.

A picture of dave wearing (reading?) glasses just came up on my Instagram feed posted by dmbgc. I wouldnít have thought anything of it if it wasnít talked about last week. I think it probably makes sense heís getting old and needs readers. Even people who had lasik still wear glasses to read at some point.

I saw this as well and thought it was interesting. I wonder if that album (or Carter's contributions) just got scrapped?

There have been some setlists posted recently on the band's insta, and the handwritten setlists (written by dave) always spell Rapunzel as "Rapunzal"

Is that like an inside joke or is Dave just spelling it wrong?

That picture was from a book signing.
Only time I have seen him with glasses was at the one signing. [Only registered users can see links.]

If we ever relax the suppression levels back to "mitigation" policies, we go right back to 2 million people dead within three months.

This continues until there is a disseminated vaccine, currently 18 months from now.

Same with Up and Away and If Only. All better than they get credit for.

Dodo is overrated and that pancake earth line is one of Dave’s worst.

I've always liked it, though like Satellite it feels as if it goes on for one verse too long.

So Lillywhite is doing a charity auction for a zoom call with him to ask him questions about anything.

[Only registered users can see links.]

While the auction has lots of rules, Lillywhite posted on twitter that basically fuck the rules and it can be more than 2 people along with he will provide the zoom call personally.

I feel like it would be interesting if TDC got a group together to bid and just asked him some interesting question about DMB from the 90's and early 2000's. It sounds like he will be an open book, so we could find out lots about the LWS from his take. I guess we can talk about a small group to pay and just make it public /private. That is spread the link to people here and long time fans we know that don't post on boards any more. Obviously not DMB Family people, lol.

I don't really want to organize this, but throwing it out there if somebody does I'll chip in. Somebody needs to come up with a list of good questions to drive the conversations between stories, because if everybody just shows up to listen this will be pretty terrible.
