I watched it again last month on Netflix. The wrestling industry has definitely changed since that movie. Less gritty.

found myself watching this last night, almost for commentary alone - god I love Bobby the Brain. He and Gorilla had great chemistry.

Heenan and Gorilla were the best commentating duo ever. Better than Ross and Lawler in my opinion.

Agreed, although JR was probably my favorite overall, just because of his sheer enthusiasm. It made everything seem like the most important thing in the world. King was better when he sleazily rooted for all the heels am whatnot. He became more blasι just like the rest of WWE in recent years

Yup, this is all true as well. Heenan could have been a legit comedian.

Picked up the Attitude Era blu ray. It's really refreshing to have all the original footage unedited. I am just past the debut of Y2J and noticed two blurs, one is a sign at Judgment Day 2000, no idea what it said, but I might get out my DVD of the show and check it out. The other was a quick shot of Miss Kitty taking her top off at Armageddon 1999, her tits are blurred. The documentary is really short. Like 57 minutes. But there is a ton of great footage. If you don't have many other sets, you might think some important stuff is missing like the Taker v. Mankind Hell in a Cell, but it's covered in the doc and released on tons of other sets. One annoying thing is no "play all" button the features. That sucks when there are 50 features. Especially because it's on lots of other sets. Makes no sense. If you don't want the blu ray, just the DVD set, get it at Best Buy. Their DVD (not blu ray, also annoyingly) has a few extra features. High spot of the release for me is the Undertaker vs. Austin title change. There aren't a whole lot of unreleased title changes left, it's great to have this one in unedited/blurred form. Really good TV match. I hadn't seen it since that night. Watching some old Raws it's easy to forget in all the nostalgia that 75% of all main events ended in screwjobs and run-ins. Here's the rundown:

Documentary:

The Birth of Attitude
Entrance Music
D-Generation X
Austin vs. McMahon
Long-Arching Stories
Innovations
New Demographic
Critics
Expansion
Comedy
Wealth of Talent
The World Was Watching
Watershed Period

Nope. No edits but the two I mentioned above. They don't even cover the WWF watermark with a newer one like they did on the Lesnar and nWo DVDs.

The list for Top 100 moments in Raw history came out today for December 11th release. I'm not looking at it so I don't ruin the countdown. If someone else posts it, please spoiler it. If interested, [Only registered users can see links.]
