But that's the whole point. I feel that Seek Up is overrated, while the majority of the community disagrees.

It seems like your talking in terms of sheer production. Obviously, the Busted Stuff version has a real intro and sounds crisper, and a pretty cool outro, but Busted Stuff is a finished album, so I don't think you can hold that against the LWS version.

My main gripe with the BS version is how rushed it feels. I liked how the LWS version had a few bars of the main riff in between the chorus and the verse. The BS version just has the verse jumping in right after the chorus and feels like Dave was on a time limit to get all the words in or something. I don't know, that's my take on it.

no, it's not just the production, that has something to do with it, but I like the start being just Dave. I hate the LWS intro. You can only compare what you have. I can't compare BS to what a finished LWS would be because it isn't. The same people who say, it's not fair to judge it because it's not done are the same people who consider it an album and a better album than BS.

I like BS much better than LWS.

Sept. '00 Raven's annoyed me because Dave sounded like a god damn clucking chicken. (great improv lyrics though)

I think most people here are split 50/50 on that release. I happen to think it is one of the band's better shows from that era...meaning the slower, jazzier DMB. (99-01)

Hey, everyone dislikes some songs more than others. I don't see the big deal.

There is no way you can convince me that Halloween is NOT extremely overrated.

Crazy, it's my favorite DVD, that and the Gorge.

To me, Central Park is nothing without Cortez & Warren.

Especially when he and Carter go at it. Makes for some great music.

The part about the current Bartender that bugs me the most is the penny whistle solo. I could do without it, or maybe with just a little less of it.

Hands down the best 41 they've done w/o a guest.

#41 would be 100 times better if they dropped the Everyday outro and brought back the Flute.
