I checked him in at a LA hotel once. A really genuine good guy.

Came here to comment on this. So strange that this happened today, the day El Camino was released.

back to El Camino... was it necessary? No, Breaking Bad ended wonderfully. Am I glad it was made? Absolutely. Vince Gilligan has handled this universe flawlessly.

No matter how perfect Breaking Bad was, there still were so many questions about Jesse that needed answering and I'll trust Vince Gilligan forever when it comes to this world.

Anyone sleeping on Better Call Saul is a fool. In a lot of ways it's even better than Breaking Bad.

Yeah, BCS is in the same world as BB. It's less explosive and tense though. I've never felt the same "OMG can't wait to see what happens next!" feeling as BB, but the show does has the same great character development as BB.

Not exactly going out on a limb here, but his performance in Jackie Brown is a master class in understated intensity. He played that part brilliantly. RIP.

Guillermo Del Toros argument for BCS being better than BB, is convincing and a good read.
