My hometown venue. Nothing but love for this place!

August 5th shows here were the best I've been too. 2004 one of the best shows I've been to. and 2008 had the single most surprising moment in my concert-going career. My first show was here too on 6/23/2003.

Some of my favorite Riverbend memories...

6.20.99 - I was 2nd row (pre-pit days), Pig, Last Stop and LIOG were awesome.

6.26/27.00 - was a great 2 nighter. I'll never forget Dave debuting GIG and being so far away from the band on the outro and looking lost in the music and almost depressed.

8.8.02 - was a long ass show, but great.

8.5.04 - was one of the best shows I've ever seen.

7.21.05 - ABI was awesome and I got laid in the lot. High five, me.

8.1.06 - was the worst encore I've ever seen (one song, Everyday).

8.22.07 - I video taped a lot, solid show.

8.5.08 - was the most surprised I've ever been at a show.

6.15.10 - last show I saw there before moving to Seattle.

Have a blast you lucky folk who get to go tomorrow night. It's always hot and humid for their shows there it seems, I don't miss that.

Picked up a single ticket in the pavilion tonight. Haven’t seen the band since 2016. Looking forward to a hopefully a decent time.

I was at that show. My second ever DMB show and first and only visit to Riverbend. The place looked so worn out back then that Iím always surprised that itís still there now.

Yeah, man, every time it floods it looks and smells like shit and I think it may be done and sold like Polaris. I only went there because it was so close to where I lived.

6.20.99 was my 3rd show.

Thinking about heading down and grabbing a lawn ticket tonight, I haven’t seen them or listened to anything they’ve put out in the last 13 years. This might be a bad idea.

Well. Normally I'm opposed to artificial turf. But after 2009 it's a welcome addition.

No, itís the high end turf that feels just like you are on grass. They actually hose it down after shows to clean it super fast. Works well with all the floods too.
