MSG meetup should be at American Beauty itís a deadhead Bar a couple blocks from MSG, did some phish meet ups there during bakers dozen and that place is cool. Then thereís a bar called Walters right across the street from the garden thatís dirt cheap as well. Just some suggestions. Trying to go both nights.

So $115 is the new price point? Wonder what it will go up to next year?

$17.50 to ship a ticket seems excessive.

Please stop discussing prices, NiCK already classified it as old news.

I believe it was in 2012, and the show was pretty lackluster. Got my first typical after around 25 shows and the almanac has a people people tease by Stefan I didnít remember but other than that it was rather forgettable.

Oh I wasn't referring to your post Mersh. I did mean to respond to yours with $120-$130 range, though. Just seems likely.

Definitely going to do both nights of C'Ville (booked a hotel for this weeks ago on the rumored dates). Had a blast last time I was out there, and the weekend shows are always easier to do.

Just gotta figure out if I want to do WH and risk uppers or wait for the public on-sale.

I don’t understand the logistics of how they plan out winter tours, and I knew from the other fall thread they weren’t going east of Ohio, but what is the point of so many east coast shows? Why not show the Midwest some love?

I want to go to DC and both C-ville shows, but there's no way I can afford that, especially if my wife wants to come to one of them (I don't think she will). I'm thinking I'll buy a ticket for DC since that's more of a hassle and then drive over to C-ville both days and get a cheap ticket in the lots. No way they sell out, right?

Even when they do "sell out" you can always find something. Especially day of in the lots. I think that's a solid plan.

What is there to do in Charlottesville that makes the 2 day trip worthwhile?

I personally don't care for Sister, but yeah, if you're chasing it you have like a 10-15% chance of getting it

Off the top of my head:

- Lots of good wineries in the area (avoid Blenheim like the plague during DMB weekend, though)--First Colony is a great one to check out that won't be insane.

- Apple picking at Carter's Mountain

- Michie's Tavern for lunch

- The Downtown Mall w/ good restaurants, etc.

- Probably a decent show at the Jefferson on Friday night
