10 years, 48 shows, and 1 Minarets for me (8.7.03 - awesome)! Hope you finally get it Jack.

I'll take Minarets over Pig, #40, and most other songs that fans get sign campaigns going for. We need to organize something for you next year man.

44 shows and two Minarets. One of them was the 2001 show at Comerica N2. The Lovely Ladies sang on it. If I had had Q-tips with me, I would have purposely pierced my eardrums. I guess, on second thought, I've only really seen Minarets in all its glory once (Rochester '05).

Almost the same for me. 10 years, 54 shows, and 1 Minarets (8.7.03). That was a great version!

I think they'll stop touring before I catch Minarets ...> Typical Situation, and that saddens me.

I was 19 when I saw dmb for the first time. I had been to Montreal many times with my parents, but never alone. We drove two boston to pick up two girlfriends and then to montreal. This was before we had cell phones and the thought of using mapquest. Everything was just a shot in the dark. Great trip. I think I've seen over 30 of my dmb/d+t shows with the guy I saw the first one with., but the girls, I haven't kept in touch with
No kidding...wish my parents had let me do stuff like that too. My girlfriend and I had just started dating in 2003 when the D+T concert at Miami University was announced. With her being a student there, she easily got 2 tickets and asked me if I wanted to go since I had been getting into DMB - it would have been my first DM concert. Unfortunately I also loved the Reds and had tickets to Opening Day, the first game at their new stadium. I wanted to go to the Reds game, leave early and go to Miami for the show. Then drive home the hour by myself on back country roads and go to school the next morning (roads to get to Miami are scary at night - I still don't like driving them). My mom actually was going to let me do the concert but she said I could only do the game or the concert, not both. Sucks being 17 and still living at home in high school. I took the game and while I don't regret it, that was a hell of a concert and I've never had another shot to see D+T.

yea. I stopped even thinking about that when I missed it in '03. Trying not to be too greedy.

Now when I think of songs I've been waiting for years and years to see, I don't get as hopeful/excited anymore because Roi won't be there. How lucky was I to finally catch Pay For and Typical for my first time this summer? Thanks to Roi and the band I've seen all of my favorite album (UTTAD) before his last show. I'll never forget that.

Same here. I count myself very lucky to have caught my first Pay For, Dreaming Tree, Proudest, and Loving Wings this June. There are very few songs left on my wishlist right not, but to think I'll never see a Raven or YNK with Roi sucks.
