Exactly this. I upgraded it from a 1 to a 2. Honestly, I haven't listened to anything but those since it came out and that was only for a few weeks.

That really is a fantastic studio track.

Same as Brandon for me. Didn't see what he gave it, but I gave it a 7. Again and Again, VITR, Come On, Do You Remember are all songs I've just fallen into and I still return to the well on this after rotating it out.

It’s still a good, but not spectacular, album. It’s not going to age as poorly as the other recent ones. There’s just too much good music.

When I’m Weary reminds me of Shenandoah’s Two Dozen Roses for some reason...

I gave it a five when it came out because there are several tracks that I think are good songs, done well on the record. Then there are several songs that I have absolutely no interest in ever hearing again. Iím going to give it a four now, because while my opinion hasnít really changed, I havenít listened to it since the day after we got it, and donít really have any drive to do so. So the lack of any real replay value knocks it down for me.
Serious question: How can you reevaluate an album if you haven't listened to it a second time?

Logic doesn't quite check out for me

I plainly said that the only reason I changed the score is because it has no replay value for me. I don’t have to re-listen to know that I don’t want to listen to it.

WIW reminds me of a song that should never have made a full band album.

I’m higher on it than I was at the time. The end is lousy and the beginning isn’t very strong. The middle run, though, from She through Do You Remember is better than anything they’ve released at least since Busted Stuff if not since BTCS. The weakest song in there is Come On Come On and the studio version is played at a good pace and produced well. That song and Can’t Stop have grown on me, and there really isn’t one that I liked at the time that I’ve since soured on.

It’s a much stronger effort than I expected. My only complaint now is I wish they’d play Black and Blue Bird and Virginia in the Rain more often.

Agree with a lot of this.

VITR is dangerously close to cracking my top-10 among studio efforts from this band. Again and Again is within shouting distance. And She hasn't degraded the way I kinda thought it might.

Fair enough. I trust you have your ranking system ironed out.
