Yeah, listened to this one today....nothing really jumps out at me other than a lively crowd. Otherwise, an alright release.

For all the talk about Tim pulling out the acoustic again, I thought it was interesting to hear what Morello did on #41. I haven't listened to this release in a long time, but I enjoyed this performance.

Continuing my trip down Live Trax memory lane, this is a pretty great show for a mid-2007. Much better than the Vegas shows from two months prior. I don't remember Dave giving LeRoi a shout-out at all during the two Vegas shows, too.

Save for the early Dreamgirl, Bayou, Hunger and mid-set Sister, this is about as good as can be expected, setlist-wise.

If you forget he played Sister, the run of:

Grey Street
The Idea of You
So Much to Say
Anyone Seen the Bridge
Too Much
Lie In Our Graves (w./ the Nightwatchman)
#41 (w./ the Nightwatchman)
American Baby Intro
Two Step
Ants Marching
______________

Gravedigger (Dave solo)
Jimi Thing
Stay
______________

Don't Drink the Water
Pantala Naga Pampa
Rapunzel

Is just crowd-pleasing to no end. From Grey Street, onward is something I'd expect someone to listen to in the lots when tailgating for DMB, and I don't mean that in a bad way.

Finally listened to this one too (thanks again Spotify). Where I once raged about this release it just gets a big meh from me now. This is clearly a greatest hits kind of show for an appreciative crowd that had little opportunity to see the band play up until that point. For a show from one of their worst stretches it's not so bad, but it's not great either.

The stand out is the #41 with Morello which I enjoyed quite a bit. It's crazy to think that we could actually have something like this all the time if Tim just picked up an acoustic once in a while...
