I know what you mean. Personally, I'll say the obvious Dave & Carter rendition from the recent Warehouse session release, but I know that's technically not DMB though. It's the most inspiring performance of the song in the last 10 years for sure.

oh yes, that D&C version is absolutely vintage and spectacular.

Listening to this now. I knew what was coming since I've heard the show plenty but it's still a bit disappointing not getting a lot of Roi on Heartbeat intro ad Say Bye.

3rd 01 show, yes.

Agree that this is a one and done. Not really much worth re-visiting here.

Until 2008, he would badmouth the US/ compliment Canada at the Toronto shows.

Yikes, comments about this show are pretty rough. I bought it after listening to a few 01 shows on Copperpots channel. I hope I enjoy it a bit more than others.

I am through WTWE and first impressions is, this band used to be very good. Even a pretty standard show sounds great. I am very much enjoying the mix on this one.

As for the performances, nothing really has stood out to me yet but So Right is just starting.

I'm about 1/3 of the way in, right before Fish. First, they have the first 30 seconds of Say Goodbye on the end of the DDTW track. Weird to say, but the Ladies are mixed way too low so far. You can barely hear them on Space Between. Even Tawatha is way low in the mix when the band is playing, though you can hear her clearly at the end without the band. Still way lower than Dave. If they were there, I would rather hear them than barely hear them.

I'm only done Rapunzel, but I love how this sounds. Also, I miss Roi.

I really enjoyed this BEF > Bartender. So delicate to start and a roaring end into Roi’s flute…. And Boyd.
