Not many songs retain their nonsense names. These are the ones I can think of that have nonsense names that are unrelated (or almost unrelated) to the song's content:

Raven
Samurai Cop
Belly Belly Nice
Death on the High Seas
Gaucho
Heathcliff's Haiku Warriors

These songs have titles related to the music/composition/recording:

The Riff
Kit Kat Jam
Seven

There are some songs like Drunken Soldier, Granny and Two Step which don't have titles explicitly in the song, but the meaning between title and content is known/obvious. And JTR is named as such based on its original lyrics.

I could be misremembering this, but I recall there was an interview with Dave talking about the new songs from 2016 and he mentions how the name Samurai Cop came from the movie of the same name and Bob Law being a reference to the Arrested Development character. Like I said, I could be wrong.

Give us 12-14 new songs + an E.P of older as-yet released live favourites.

The problem with the EP is there's so many songs I'd want.

Bismarck
Kill the King
JTR
Loving Wings
Sugar Will
Shotgun
Crazy Easy
A Dream So Real
Sweet Up and Dpwn
Break Free

And there goes the EP.

There we go, fixed it for ya.
Don't need JTR or SUAD considering the LWS versions. The others I cut cuz I don't think they're up to snuff, and we've heard the unimpressive Batson Sessions versions already.

As someone who believes we will never see any of these released or realized, I wouldn't have a problem with a 1 song EP containing any of them. That's more than I believe we will actually get. I don't need +8. Just +1.

Stand Up is their worst album, and it’s not close. In fact, it’s the worst album from any band that I’ve ever heard.

The back half of Big Whiskey looks terrible on paper, but it's all actually quite good.

No way. Take the Apple gimmick out of the equation and I actually put that album ahead of at least 3 U2 albums.
