Glad they also appreciate how great and significant this past tour was.
the way they've been releasing '08 stuff, maybe the whole warehouse disc will be those exact 8 songs!

Aside from the obvious significance of this release, I'm actually looking forward to a few things on this one. I don't think there is a bad song on here, except maybe Bayou. How is the Idea of You and Rapunzel on this one? What about the Dreaming Tree? I hope the Sledgehammer is better than the Mile High one. Also, The Space Between version is one I remember really enjoying.
The debut of Sledgehammer was the greatest version of the whole summer.

I agree; the Busch mix is one of the better ones in a few years

Honestly, how could anyone that considers themselves a DMB fan just download this without buying?

I'm not one to give people that much shit about just downloading torrents, but in this case, I just think it is unforgivable.

For those that love this band, and support them, yea, I think it's pretty unforgivable.

For the average dude that just downloaded it because they are looking for new music and have heard a thing or two about DMB but do not follow the band (and thus, do not understand the significance of this release) then I suppose I can't blame them.

I dunno. We've all supported Roi so much over the years, financially and with good wishes. I see your point, but "unforgivable" is harsh. I already donated $50 to Roi's memorial fund, but I don't mind giving more for this nice release and the nice shirt. But I don't fault those big fans who don't have a lot of spare cash for downloading it, because I know they've supported Roi so much over the years too by buying other things and going to a bunch of shows.

Well, you gotta figure, people that download releases do just that: download releases. They probably do it to all of them that come out, and will continue to do so after LT14. I think based on what we know will be done with money earned from this release, it shouldn't be too hard for those who constantly just download releases, to suck it up and scrap some cash together and buy this for a great cause.
