You guys are gonna win then bitch at the seller that it's fake. If it's real, then I feel bad for the seller.

Yea, I sell a lot of stuff on there and have recently been a huge surge in scammers. In fact I just shipped out two things today that I am atleast 50% sure I will be scammed on. The global shipping program totally sucks (and if I get scammed on either one of these I am opting out permanently). It's too easy for buyers to scam free stuff and eBay will never stand up for the sellers. Even if you have a ton of positive feedback and they have like 2.

I forgot to get a signature on a high value item and took a huge loss because the buyer claimed it was stolen off his doorstep in an affluent Texas suburb. Sure.

Some of the buyers are just god awful. They know the power they have and abuse it greatly. I miss the days when you could leave buyers negative feedback, really think they should bring that back.

Just because it fits part of this discussion, I have two set lists wrote by Mycle of Crystal Garden and some letters are not wrote the same way on each and even a couple of times on the same page.

He sent me a picure of the two setlists together when dave signed them. I'd say for a $300 gamble, I'd definitely wager it is real. I couldn't go that high because of the personalization.

I want to say that's way too much money, but you could just frame it and always sell it again later if you're strapped for cash.

Seems like a lot of trouble to go through to make a couple hundred bucks. Who has time to try and copy letter for letter an entire random setlist from a show in '94..post it on Ebay for shits and giggles? It's probably real, still not worth 300 to me even if it is real.
