Though nothing crazy so far this show looks really solid. I'd enjoy it for sure. I like Crush as an opener def much less predictable than something like Bartender, that's enough to keep my Hopes high

Oh, I'd enjoy every song there thus far. No complaints. My only slight eyerolls would be Satellite and Cornbread. But, both are great d&t. Early set two step is also pretty rare for d&t since 97. Nut, outside if that (and possibly warehouse), this is standard issue d&t.

Nothing special but looks pretty solid. It is a half empty show in Alabama so probably better than I expected.

Really good set, way better than I anticipated for the tour opener. The only songs I don't like on the entire set are cornbread, Virginia,Funny and You and Me. And Virginia and cornbread a re bearable acoustic, so even better. everything else I'd be more than happy about. 4/27 bad songs is a great ratio if they keep tat good my.Great encores and the fact they did two encores in the first show in Alabama is really promising to me. Great way to kick things off

I'd love to see Beach Ball come out this summer. D+T haven't done it since 2012. It's a really nice song, I see why they left it off BW but it's definitley among the bands better BSides that we've heard. Lyrically it's one of Dave's better outputs in recent years as well. Some lines are a little tacky but it has so much more imagery than a lot of stuff he's written in the last 5-6 years.

Look, the set was pretty standard. But that doesn't mean bad. Wish I would have got a rare song or two, like a raven or DIDO. But other then that I thought it was a very enjoyable show and the performances were strong. I hade a damn good time at my first Dave and tim show. Hope I can catch another this summer.

Part of the dynamic is the quietness of D&T will lose the audience somewhat, so they'll be playing radio hits, especially at their non-flagship venues

A lot of standard songs yes, but it looks like the placement was good and unpredictable which to me helps a show a lot when I'm there. If it had been another Bartender opener, ants closer etc. you get the point.

Crush opener, early jimi and WH, mindset two Step, liog reprise closer and 5 song encore..those are all nice treats. It was mixed up enough to make up for rarity value. Plus they just had basically a month off and this was essentially a practice/warm up show for them
