I really like Michael Shannon as an actor, but I love his dry sense of humor even more.

Every once in a while there comes an actor who's not full of shit. Michael Shannon is one of them.

Ethan Hawke's another. You should all watch First Reformed.

does anyone else have a CoreLife Eatery around them?

It's like Panera Bread if their marketing wasn't totally full of shit. Fresh, healthy food.

It has totally changed my eating habits for the better.

I promise this isn't a paid promotion.

I just ate at one for the first time recently. Got the Korean BBQ Pork bowl. It was delicious. I will be back.

Their iced tea selection was nice as well.

I like the broth bowls. But bone broth, chicken, shredded kale, napa cabbage, tortilla strips, jalapeŮos, black beans, and cilantro.

3 months ago I'd have told you to fuck off. Now it's my go to. Finding out that healthy food tastes good was life changing.

There are also 2 vegan restaurants near me that are amazing!

That being said, I got an order of Omaha Steaks from my brother in my freezer. Beef > everything.

That sounds good. Never heard of it before, but there's one reasonably close, that I'll have to check out

Amen. Plus, grass-feed beef (or other free-range like buffalo) is a very healthy thing to eat.

Just checked their website and the closest one to me is in Utah. Maybe in a few years they'll find their way to my area.

Yeah, I’ve been trying to eat better, but today I found out about the Burger King one penny Whopper deal and ended up there anyway.

Trying so hard to find my new go-to Mexican place out here. Cafe Rio yesterday: waste of $11. Rilibertos is just ok. Tacos Los Altos and Las Gorditas are run of the mill. Chipotle is a joke to me. There are some smaller local chains/trucks that are ok but still not exactly what I want.

Laugh it up, but I miss Qdoba SO MUCH. When I’m home for the holidays I will be eating it near every day.
