Agreed. I was in court just the other day explaining this to a Judge. I told him, "Your Honor, my client may or may not have killed that dude, but now that he's dead my client can never kill him again. It's a total waste of time to even bother with this trial."


And the Judge agreed and gave my client a commendation for excellence in lesson learning and asked for a post card from Florida.
