I would love to see him do a full Dreaming Tree. Or play Spoon again.

Dave's live now.
Looks like he's about to play Sweet. His mic setup is always great for these things. Sounds perfect.

Sweet
Mercy Not sure if there's more. He didn't say goodbye or anything, the host kinda just cut away from him. EDIT: Yep, he's back now. Singing from the Windows coming up.

Different timezone.
Anyway, that's all she wrote. Sweet Mercy Singing from the Windows Now, switching over to the Phish show just in time for Roi.

Hmm. 3 hours long. Maybe Dave will actually get to play a few songs, though he's fourth on the bill. Some of these are full bands though, not sure how that works.

Some little takeaways from that:
- Rashawn's favourite song to play live is "Stay" - He mentioned no plans to record anything over Zoom together, but said there's lots of unreleased stuff already recorded. (He seemed to imply that Jerry Hey - trumpeter - guested on something?) - He said the plan before COVID was to hit the studio together, and remains as such when COVID restrictions subside. - When asked which songs he helped write music for, he couldn't come up with anything. He first thought of songs that aren't released yet, then tried to remember which songs were on their last album, then gave up and said he couldn't think of specific ones (which I found really weird) - His favourite live experience was playing with Stevie Wonder - He said Roi was feeling limited in what he could bring to the band's sound in the mid-2000s, which is why he brought in Rashawn. He said Roi wanted to bring more power to balance out the more sensitive playing. - His favourite venues are Alpine Valley, the venue they play in Lisbon typically, and Rio. All of them because of the audiences' enthusiasm. - He's still learning and improving, and has been using quarantine to take several online classes.
