They do, the entire Gorge 2002 set was filmed in HD.

However the video material for LT40 is standard definition. Why would you consider Blu-ray? Couple reasons: 1) the surround track will be lossless which is pretty big for me as the surround mixes always have less dynamic range compression; 2) the 40 Mbps bandwidth and more efficient AVC/MPEG-4 video codec found on Blu-ray allows for far less compression resulting in a much cleaner picture with less artifacting (pixelation, macroblocking, poor shadow detail) than is found with DVD's @ 4-6 Mbps encodings.

I have Dire Straits Alchemy on Blu-ray, that's a much older video recording but it's absolutely worth the Blu.

I'm also a fan of 12/10 and 12/14's renditions of Bartender. Wouldn't mind the 12/14 You Never Know (the only one of the winter tour,) as well. Captain and Warehouse from the MSG N1 show and I believe there was a Granny opener somewhere later in the tour that I enjoyed, as well, despite Granny being fairly standard.
