I was at this show, so I'm biased, but I loved it. They were playing really well at this point. Nailed dreaming tree, mid-set ants, powerful bartender opener. To be honest they weren't totally comfortable with the new songs, so this show is really about the classics. From a rate a show perspective I'd give it 4 stars due to the BW performances and rye whiskey. No one wants to hear that shit e1.

Also disappointed no bonus disc from night one. I thought it was a well rounded two nighter.

Almost all of those songs are pretty standard in sets this year, so we know they can't really be that great.

Set looks great, kudos to them for picking a great one from this tour. '09 doesn't do anything for me though so I'm not too thrilled about it. I never listen to the '09 shows we already have, just too much Big Whiskey.

I can't see anything from Night 1 that I would want, aside from another long-ass #41 from that era. What did you think were highlights?

Second straight live Trax I was at.

This is the show I got a warehouse meet and greet to meet Dave.

The last show I ever traveled for, only went to see Hold steady open.

It was one of the best shows of the year.

No desire to listen to it again.

That's pretty much where I am. For somebody who likes 3.0 in '09, this is probably great. I'm not one of those people.

Shit! I didn't even think of the bonus disc, really friggin hope they didn't give up on it already. The thought of a bonus disc for a Fall '98, '97 D&T, etc etc etc had me so pumped. Hell, they can just give us download links for all I care

CH, heard anything about it by chance?

Yeah, I was kind of surprised by no bonus disc. I thought that was going to be a thing now. I agree that I hope it's not gone.

#41, watchtower, smts>billies, rapunzel, granny, stay or leave would be a nice disc. Though I suppose they'd pick a few BW songs.

Wasn't an issue to discuss then, they could still sell tickets.

We talked about the warehouse. I told him I know he has a lot of people complain about the warehouse, but anne had been incredibly nice to me and helpful.

I told the whole story here before, but she called my house, my dad thought she was a telemarketer and gruff with her, she stayed at work 30 minutes late on a Friday in June and left a backdoor phone number to reach her and get put on the meet and greet list the next night.

It's not gone. The filler discs have taken two disc shows to three discs. The three disc shows with a bonus disc have also had the DVDs and have been their bigger Christmas releases. It's not gone. But I would not expect three disc archive releases to have the bonus disc.

Looking at the night one show, is there really anything we're missing? That show looks standard as standard gets. I don't remember listening to it though. But there isn't one song I feel I'm missing out on. Hands of God was fine then, but we have what two from that tour?

Gotcha. I didn't realize that this was three discs. They did still have room for filler, but that's not a big deal. Sets my mind at ease at least.

I won't be purchasing this one, but its a solid '09 show for sure.

This band just releases to many shows a year.

I will however be spending my money on the 10/14/1994 Georgia Theatre show. That one is hot!
