What do you expect for him? Libertarian's let someones house burn down because he didn't pay the $75 fire department fee before the fire. Guy even told him he would pay them right then and there but they just let the house burn down.

They only came out because the fire spread to a neighbor's yard, put the fire in his yard out (because he paid the fee) and left as the guy's house was still burning.

That's an extreme example.

FEMA is a disaster in general. Just look at Katrina. That's what you get from government. Expensive programs that collapse under their own weight. FEMA also provides flood insurance to highly desirable costal areas. What kind of people do you think live there, but poor and middle class have to pay the bill for the rich to live places they shouldn't.
