I’m staying at the hotel that the warehouse offered. I hope it’s a good place.

Stayed in Moses Lake my first time. Cool little town. All DMB fans the weekend of the show.

Have a great time. I only see the band if they come local to me, but I think about returning to the Gorge yearly because that's how awesome it is.

Glad I won’t be going to any shows. Hope it’s not as horrible as that prospect sounds.

I've seen this band 96 times - the thought of seeing a few shows without a violin actually intrigues me. You Never Know from The Night Before show was awesome. It's possible they figure this out.

The only thing that would get me to a show now.

I agree. It also makes me sad, though. Even in the bad years, seeing BT fly across the stage for a big solo while the crowd went nuts (Crush, Jimi, Ants, Billies, Nancies) was iconic. I'm going to miss it for sure.

No question. It would be great. My worry would be they rely on him for "string" effects - which I never really cared for when he did it. I really miss him on Rapunzel, Warehouse, even YNK. I'd love to see Butch back up on stage and I think he and Tim and Jeff would sound great together.

The string/synth effects Butch did on The Stone in '05 were brutal.

The ants source is saying new keyboard player and not Butch. They’d have to cut Butch in as an equal partner like they did before, so it would make sense from that perspective.

As much as it pains me to say, I’d rather they pursue a different sound with a keyboard than bring in a new violin. That’d also still give Boyd space to come back.
