I updated the first post with links to each show's DMB Almanac page. Also added 2hr 30min+ shows for D&T and D&F.

For me it's:

#2: 8.9.08 - 2 hours, 52 minutes [Alpine Valley]
#3: 7.19.09 - 2 hours, 47 minutes [Alpine Valley]
#6: 8.10.08 - 2 hours, 44 minutes [Alpine Valley]
#7: 7.25.08 - 2 hours, 43 minutes [Deer Creek]
#17: 6.21.08 - 2 hours, 36 minutes [SPAC]
#21: 7.31.09 - 2 hours, 35 minutes [Deer Creek]
#25: 6.20.08 - 2 hours, 34 minutes [SPAC]
#42: 7.2.06 - 2 hours, 30 minutes [Alpine Valley]

Really? I could have sworn DMB passed the 3 hour mark.

DM+F really should have done their 3 hour show during Bonnaroo. Hippies were pissed.

Well, they were on stage for longer than 3 hours, but the song times didn't quite match the on-stage time.

And

#5: 3.28.03 - 2 hours, 35 minutes [Wake Forest Univ.]

Both were great shows.

I was there... didn't realize it was the shortest show. I was also at Lucca so I've been at the shortest and longest. 4.5.02 was actually a pretty good show until the encore.
