post youtube vids to chat about

typical situation from red rocks in 1993, LeRoi was just totally a different character back then. Guy on the keys is from the samples.

ants from dec 95, very very nice. whole band is nothing but smiles and firing on all cylinders for this one, Incredible finish to their short set

as a record exec, (or a fan for that matter) in 95 I have no idea how you could have seen a song like Ants live and not said to yourself, "Wow, these guys have something special".

That Jam in Ants isn't shortened at all. Thats how they played it back in those days.

Not really sure what year they extended it. '96 ?

recently from that 95 show is the one that i htink got edited, not ants. d'oh
I like how dave seems surprised the crowd sings the lines in ants. actually both vids are good examples where the audience isn't dmb fans but end up getting really into their set

Ants is awesome. I think my favorite melodic line in any DMB song is Roi's line that concludes Boyd's solo and takes the jam back into the riff. It gives me chills a lot....I don't know what it is about that part but....man it's great

no matter how many times i listen to that line on a CD ... but when i hear it at a concert it gives me chills each and every time.

That's when they performed on MTV's Spring Break in 1995 I believe. I actually remember watching that on TV. You read my mind Matt, I was actualy thinking about watching this the other day but never bothered to look for it. Thanks.

It says that it's been deleted due to a terms of service violation. Which is crap because half the stuff on YouToube can be considered a terms of service violation.
