What a talent. RIP

Glad I was able to see him live at least once.

I absolutely hate Rush, but that has absolutely nothing to do with Peart’s drumming. That guy was incredible. RIP.

That's why I said "him" and not "them."

What is with Gioblastoma killing beloved Canadian music icons? Fuck cancer.
RIP Neil Peart. Glad I got to see him live three times.

I would have actually liked Rush if they had a different singer. Geddy Lee is the worst.

Nice, and tour dates too. They are on my bucket list to see live. Trying to figure out if I can make any of those dates.

When the audio version of this popped up in my podcast feed, it had a note saying "moves the audience to tears". I rolled my eyes at that. And then I listened to it...

Andy Gill, the guitarist of the great punk band Gang of Four has died. They aren’t one of the best known bands to come out of the U.K. Punk era, but they’re one of my favorites, and had a huge resurgence of influence in the past 20 years.

Nice. Don’t miss that. If he’s doing something like the show he’s doing on Broadway, it’s absolutely incredible.
