new Counting Crows song on iTunes if anyone likes hearing Adam Duritz ramble for 8 minutes. some of the song is kinda enjoyable, other parts sound like he's singing like he sings live where he just goes on and on and can't stop.

even though their last "record" was just a covers CD and the one before was pretty bad, i'll always give these guys a chance. i have a hard time letting go of my childhood bands (DMB for example). that being said i still can't accept that douchebag Duritz dated my #1 celebrity crush, Emmy Rossum.

They played here recently and I rather enjoyed the show despite not knowing a lot of the tunes outside of material from of "August...," "Recovering..." and "Saturday Nights/Sunday Mornings" (which I adore) and the various singles. They played a few new tunes that night and they were really good, so I'll definitely pick it up.

There's an incredible freeleech going on right now at [Only registered users can see links.] that any of you bootleg collectors should jump on. I think it is going to last another month or so. I'm new to the site and have already uploaded 110 GB of data thanks to this freeleech... safe to say my ratio is something I won't ever have to worry about.

The site has a really good cross section of artists, from classic rock/60's/70's all the way up to present bands. Thanks to a set format for titling the torrents it is the easiest one to search through for shows IMO.

Listening to the show from 6/17 in Nashville and they sound better than they've sounded in years and years (and I enjoyed Saturday Nights.) I'll be grabbing the new album on vinyl.

i mean sure i can relate but its kinda embarrassing to be trying to sing along to that business.
