That legit just gave me goosebumps. Fuck.

He pulled that line “most things I worry about never happen anyway” and used it in Crawling Back to You (my favorite Petty song).

If we ever relax the suppression levels back to "mitigation" policies, we go right back to 2 million people dead within three months.

This continues until there is a disseminated vaccine, currently 18 months from now.

That’s awesome.

I have the original vinyl. That and BTCS are my two prized possessions (along with an original limited Halloween 1978 “blue ratings box” one sheet).

For those wondering, this is mastered REALLY well. I got the hi res album from ProStudioMasters. Dynamic range fully intact, sounds absolutely incredible.

I think when the dust settles on TP&H many people will find that they’re the greatest American rock band of all time.

Petty’s collaborations, writing credits, and hidden gems aren’t really known by most, even many huge classic rock fans, but as they come to light a lot of people are going to have their first Petty “ah ha” moments and his legacy is going to skyrocket even more.

A fine choice. For me, it can never not be Refugee, though. One of the first songs that made me love music when I was a little kid.
