I don’t know if anyone here watches any of the DC shows on the CW, but it was pretty fun when they did their big multiverse thing earlier this year and Ezra Miller showed up in his DCEU outfit.

AMC Theaters says that it’s going to be bankrupt by early next year.

Watching old movies in 4K is such a mindfuck. I’ve been watching 80’s horror flicks this week and the insane clarity makes it feel like a modern film shot on today’s technology that’s set in the 80’s. It gives you insight into how the world actually looked to these people at that time, instead of the - I dunno - “dated/grittier/aged” feel that so many of us grew up watching.

Watching Halloween II and Jamie Lee Curtis looks like any young woman today, but dressed as if she’s playing an 80’s character. It’s crazy.

If we ever relax the suppression levels back to "mitigation" policies, we go right back to 2 million people dead within three months.

This continues until there is a disseminated vaccine, currently 18 months from now.

It also does highlight the difference between some of the best and worst practical effects artists.

check out the Suspiria (1977) 4K disc if you get the chance. I cannot properly describe how great it looks.

Seriously, this year man.

Looks like they caught it early so I'm hopeful he'll pull out of it soon

I am very intrigued by this project. I definitely think it'll get me to at least try HBO max, which I assume is their main objective with this investment.

for sure. I dont think the DC movies deserved as much hate as they got, especially the Superman Movies. However, I am very intrigued to see what Snyder does with this.

Watched the new Borat. Not as funny and fresh as the original but has its moments for sure.
