To this point, the jam at the end of Bayou to close the Blossom show is maybe the loudest I've ever heard that venue in the 50ish shows I've been to there.

Exactly. Does anyone remember the whole "TEH ENERGY!!!!!" meme around here that year? I think the louder/faster thing has been applied to several tours since then, but that was where it started. People would come back from shows raving about how incredible it was because of the energy. Bayou, Smooth Rider, HFTGL, and ABI were basically the source of that, where Dave would just scream his head off and people would go nuts.

Yeah, just scrolling through the almanac, a lot of mention of crowd noise on "Road Page Notes."

Can someone remind me of the hoops you need to jump through to download this thing off of the warehouse. Everytime I buy one of these things I forget that it's not as easy as click this link and it starts and I kick myself every friggin time.

That one on the red rocks dvd smokes. Is that whole dvd streaming somewhere from weekend on the rocks? I can find bits and pieces on YouTube. My parents got me the box set of the entire weekend (plus the dvd) for Christmas that year it came out. Pretty sure those were the only disc I had in my car for a year in high school

Seek Up is really good, #27 is enjoyable, I like the rawness of Corn Bread, dare I say Bayou is a fun listen HAHA, Dave does not scream his way through shotgun either, that's a win as well.
Some Devil is a beautiful song.

Just trying to find something to like about this release.

That, with a bonus disc consisting of PNP>Rapunzel, Ants, Stone, Bartender, Grace and Billie from the previous night would've been perfect.

I listened to the 5-7 relevant tracks and instantly placed this LT as a bottom 3. Possibly even the worst one released.

LT 9 and 10 have more to offer than this. Maybe 27 is the worst. But 51 ain't far behind. Terrible pick, no way around it.

Listening to this IOY. Dave is actually singing the chorus without shouting. Sweet!

So after the sub par reaction to this release, i was curious what reasons there may be to buying this release thinking in 2007 they may have been playing songs differently than other years.

Well i looked into it and there isnt a single song in this setlist that wasnt already released in the 6 previous 2007 shows released (including some devil D&T from Radio City). I cant possibly think of a reason to buy this show. Just entirely bizare.
