I just gave Kind Intentions (demo) a solid listen. I haven't heard it in like 15+ years. I like it. Great bass lines going on here. Leroi sounds really nice too. A moody vibe going on.

If anything, Grey Street was the Billies. Even has the same chord structure.

Always thought Snow Outside evolved out of this one.

Yeah I know, but an entirely different vibe. JTR feels more summery and “happy,” if I may.

Sounds awesome. I'd love to go if I was a fan of any of those people and lived near any of those venues.

I’ve always felt like SUAD was the obvious Billies analog on that album. Similar vibe, tempo, and it even has a vocal throw to Boyd for the solo.

If DMB did something similar, I would give it a go for sure.

I think it would be cool for DMB to do something like this:

It was recorded separately and then edited together, but still would be fun to watch. Dave, Tim, and Jeff are already doing streams at some level as it is. Stefan did those play along with Dave clips he put on twitter.

What's the price tag on these others? They're knocking people $120/car here for a Jim Gaffigan comedy show like that. Seems a little too rich considering the circumstances.

I'm not too sure but if its around that $120 and you have 4 people in your car, that isn't too bad in my mind, split 4 ways its $30 bucks a head.

Depends on the act and the setup.

Yeah it really won't be as good as the usual, the views could be horrendous too but at least its something towards live music.

Somewhere in here, someone posted the best version of Cornbread. I think it was from August 2007. It's not on meetattheshow or dontburnthepig... any help? I need to contrast it to the abortion that this song has become.

These ones are good, and I don't believe on those sites:

Yeah, after revisiting those 2007 versions and now listening to this most recent version from late February, the song really has devolved significantly. The warp speed sound-loaded playing has got to go. Ugh.

Also of note is the people talking incessantly throughout the show. I hope this pandemic will encourage people to appreciate shows more, as in stfu while you're there so you can take more of it in and also not take away from the folks around you trying to actual hear the music.

Thanks for sending. The one I’m thinking of isn’t in there unfortunately. I’ll have to do some digging.
