I have a friend that HATED DMB. But she was a big Beatles fan. I made her a CD with that cover on it and she has now been to more shows than me. She lives on the other side of the country and I don't see her much but she always thanks me for converting her.

So I just listened to that 2011 Kill The King and I don't remember it sounding this... bad... before. It's truly awful.

They did to Kill the King what they did to Crazy Easy and Sugar Will. They turned it into a hard rock song. I like it though, especially the new lyrical parts. Sadly, another revised song seemingly without Boyd.

I like that 2011 AC Kill the King. It's better with that harder edge, IMO.

I really donít agree they turned Crazy Easy into a hard rock song in 2013. Literally the only difference was that there was an electric guitar on it now, and Tim didnít do anything shreddy on it at all. For me, the 2013 Crazy Easy was about as close to the original as it could possibly sound when you remove a keyboard and add an electric guitar.

And the kyrics were actually still good.

The kyrics were fine. But the lyrics were solid.

I may need to re-listen. I just didn't sense a hard edge to it at all.

I loved the 2013 versions of Crazy Easy as much as the 2004s.

Crazy easy in 2004 was hit or miss lyrically. I thought the 2013 performances solidified the lyrics pretty well.
