No doubt about it. The CP show itself is probably top 3 all-time and they did an amazing job mixing it and everything. Great bonus disc, this is the release I've played the most easily by far. It's perfect in every way. When I try to get someone new into DMB, I always let them borrow the CP release, and they're usually converted pretty quickly. The CP Two Step alone has converted st least a dozen of my friends over the years. I still think that Two Step ranks in the top 5 ever..certainly one of the best from the Butch era.

This is insanity. And I was even there, so obviously I would want it to be true.

I think it's definitely worth debating. CP shows has everything--great set list with fantastic performances (Two Step, Warehouse Jimi and Cortez are "all-time" performances) everything was played tight, you had Special Guest with Warren Haynes and the song slot surprises (two step, ants midset). Hard for me to think of another show where literally every single song was nailed as perfectly as this.

I think the set list just gets grips because of how other sets looked in 2003. People weee pissed no last stop, no dreaming tree etc. but for a "greatest hits" type of show, CP lived up to the hype imo. It was a free concert, so I wasn't expecting them to play just to the hardcores. They did a great job of playing a good mix of their entire catalog up to that point.

Every show in 1995.

Yeah but certain songs hadn't reached their peak or full potential in '95. Two Step, warehouse, Jimi all evolved into even bigger monsters. And songs like DDTW, Stay, Grey Street and Crush didn't exist yet. I love '95 but for me a top 3 show is gotta have songs from the BTCS album.

CP is a huge show. It's very significant. It's definitely one of their best. If you're talking Top 3 shows of DMB 2.0 then we have a discussion. But Top 3 overall, no, I don't think so. Top 20 you could probably debate, maybe even Top 10. But Top 3, no.

I was there also.....I bought vip passes stupidly thinking we’d somehow meet dave.....definitely delusional thinking and was so not worth the cash....I loved the show but could pick 10 shows from 2000 & 2004 alone that I liked more than cp

A little suprised that the album set didn’t sell out yet.....

There was also good food and drinks. I thought it was worth it. Of course they accidentally sent me 2 VIP passes and tickets and someone bought the second off me so it was a free show all around for me.

The irony of how much some vinyl people bitch when something isn't released on vinyl, but don't see why anyone should be upset this is only released on vinyl...

Yeah, I can't really figure out how that sentence got put together, either.

Bit the bullet on this. I still think it's too much money, but I think it will be nice to have.

yeah i bought this. I wonder if there was really only 2500 copies. I ordered 2 hours after it went on sale with no issues. Really wish they included a digital download with it.

So there's no tape for that Snow Outside performance.....and the tape for that Toy Soldiers>Warehouse is pretty lousy. Gonna try to listen to the AUDs of these at some point soon. Will report back!
