A shame they've never got the song quite right.

Shotgun has always been a song for me where the parts are greater than the whole. It never fully came together imo

SPAC 07 is still my favorite. and the only version where I feel like they put it all together. Even C'ville '06 seems too repetitive for me (and I was there).

Can someone up that '07 Shotgun? Don't think I've heard that one. C'ville '06 is still a favorite of mine.

Listening to it again now. It's one of the better ones for sure.

The Alpine '07 version on the 2007 Summer Sampler is the one for me.

I don't hate ADSR, but there is something about the lyrical flow/delivery that just isn't super appealing to me. It's a nice enough sounding song, but I don't NEED it.

CVille and the other late 06 ones just needed to be trimmed by like 1-2 min in the verses. They had the tempo and overall volume right in late 06, the length right in early 07. Then Dave got carried away with the screaming and that was it.

That seems to happen a lot

No more need to request PMs; Exystence (google it) has a nice, dynamic, crystal-clear rip posted.

Is that a doubling effect Roi is using at the end of JTR? It sounds like a second sax player. There might be a slight delay on it so they don't line up in unison?
