Dave & Tim 2017 Summer Tour Reminder

We would like to inform fans attending the remaining dates of the 2017 Dave & Tim tour about heightened security measures at all venues. Please arrive early and allow extra time to move through security.

Due to local curfew rules, the show WILL start ON TIME.

Do your best to arrive early and please check individual venue websites for restricted items. Many venues have “no bag” queues that will expedite entry. We appreciate everyone’s help to get in on time. Enjoy the shows!

Not a huge fan of this set. The bar has been high lately though.

Awesome to see produest in there, is that a a our debut? Love it. Hard to complain with a graves opener. But yeah there's a lot of standard stuff in there and man after produest the set totally nosedived.

Yeah ouch that OOMH to You and me might be the worst 4 song run of the year. And I enjoy worries man blues and samurai but not in that run of songs. And though worries man is a good cover it really takes the crowd out of the show imo. 4 crowd deflating songs back to back is tough to recover from.

Btw I really enjoyed how the show is broken up with the two Tim solo songs. This summer were my first full Dave and tom shows and man I love that format. I'm actually thinking it might be cool to do that with DMB and have Tim do that maybe even just once it kind of breaks up the show into 2 sets. And that would help give the older guys like Carter Boyd and Rashawn a nice break

Che is one of my favorite Tim songs too, glad to see that pop up. Saw him play it in a tiny club back in like '06 and couldn't believe what I was seeing

No reviews from showgoers? Figured this would be one of the more diehard attended shows.

Anyway, tomorrow I think will look something like this:

Dancing Nancies
Granny
Old Dirt Hill
Say Goodbye
Lying in the Hands of God
Gravedigger
Spoon
Fool To Think
Lover Lay Down
Cornbread
Tim Solo
Death on the High Seas
Pig
Minarets
If Only
Funny The Way It Is
The Space Between
Tripping Billies
Tim Solo
You Might Die Trying
Black and Blue Bird
Stay (Wasting Time)
Oh
Crush
__________
Bartender
Ants Marching
___________
I'll Back You Up
Rapunzel

I just read the blurb about security. It's good to see they're taking it seriously after Manchester

"Older guys?"

Tim and Carter are the same age. Rashawn is 22 years younger, and Boyd, despite being 7 years younger than tim and Carter, well, his whole existence is a 'nice break.' If Carter needs the young whippersnapper Tim Reynolds (one month younger than him) to take a solo song in the middle of the show to catch his breath, he needs to be a professional and get into better shape.
