I never think about these. That'd make an incredible Live Trax release.

Literally anything from '98 to '04. '97 too, if it has the Flecktones.

I really want D&F with the Live Trax treatment. The one we have doesn't wound that great.

I want 8/7/98.

However, I'd selfishly like to see 7-3-03 get a release someday. I really feel it's an underrated show.

Multi-track Griesar era show: If such a thing exists and they could put it together, I'd buy it CHECK

Multi-track '94 show: Ditto if they did a '94 release too. They were filming the WWYS video during a 3 night stand at the Fox in Boulder Colorado in November of '94. It's possible they could have been recording in multitrack at the time and maybe they could give us a nice little compilation of the 3 night stand a la Live Trax 30

Specific 1995 shows: We've got so many '95 releases now, but there are still some shows I'd take - the RSO shows, 8/15, and 8/20

Cow Palace '96 - CAASH baby

Early Summer '97 with the Flecktones - I'd take anything, but preferably 6/8

Any show I was at - I'm sure you'd all do the same, but in particular 5/30/99, 7/7/04, 6/21/08, 6/13/09, and 6/8/13 would all make good releases aside from being some of the best shows I attended

The only open ended years for me are 1998 and 2000 now. I'd take just about anything from those years, but in particular:
1998 - One of the Herbie Hancock shows, 8/7, 12/3, 12/7, or a good show with Greg Howard CHECK
2000 - As much of the September run that they're willing to give, I'd take

I'd probably also be willing to drop cash on a top notch show from 2002 or 2004 as well.

What would your list look like?
Always like to go back and look at this list. Nice to see that something else has been checked off since the last time I looked at it (LT39 satisfied my desire for a Greg Howard '98 show)

Something else I haven't done in a while is look at the "droughts" we're currently in regarding certain touring years:
1997: Almost 50 releases and 7 years since our last (and only) release.
2000: Almost 60 releases and 8 years since our last release if you don't count the Wolfgang's Vault release (and I don't because, seriously, fuck that stupid thing)
2004: 75ish releases and over a decade since our last release

Yikes.

Here's my post from the last time I talked droughts, this post is from March 2015:

- The last ’98 and full band ’02 shows were released in 2004, almost ELEVEN years and 60ish releases ago
- The last full band ’99 show was LISTENER SUPPORTED, a mind-blowingly long gap of SIXTEEN YEARS and over SEVENTY RELEASES AGO

We need these years desperately.
Since then '98, '99, and '02 have been addressed (quite nicely I might add) but '04 has continued to stagnate and the '97 and '00 gaps have grown. But man, that sixteen year gap between 1999 releases is crazy, don't know if it will ever be beat.

Yeah. They made that show a great one to compensate in advance for the legendary Hershey Squirt of a show in 2005.

6.8.97 has to be a LT some day...just has to. Criminally underrepresented year and a real classic.

Yea, WAYG and WTWE are really the only weak points. I don't care for Jimi Thing anymore, but it was fun in '04.

Exactly. Crazy that my favorite show I've been to and my least favorite show I've been to came a year apart in the same venue.
