Hittin' up the first show in Greensboro. I love the Grateful Dead, but I haven't heard the new sound as much. How does The Dead sound?

They sounded pretty good at Penn St in October, but I did prefer the lineup I saw at Bonaroo. None can compare to Jerry, but they hold their own.

Weir, Lesh, and Haynes performed this morning on The View. Friend of the Devil. I find it weird hearing Phil sing part of Friend...always will.

EDIT: Road Trips Vol. 1, No. 1 - Shakedown Street is the definitive version of Shakedown for me.
