Dave’s voice sounds just fine from hearing that Dreaming Tree/BOWA.

Iíd think the fact he likes playing it so much that itís likely it made the cut. Dave has more say in it than he leads on. Iíll be surprised if itís not on there.

Embedded, so people don't miss it. Dreaming Tree [partial] BOWA

I love the hysterical laughter from some dude in the audience as BOWA starts. He should audition for The Joker, pretty blood curdling laugh.

Jay asked him for a tease. So he played a bit of it. Pretty damn cool.

There’s no reason that segue should work, but it sounded pretty great. I thought Dave’s voice was fine too. A little hard to tell from the audio, but I didn’t hear anything bad there.

I really wish Dave would just go on like a 20 show solo tour (without Tim) once and a while.

Here is about 25 minutes of Dave's soundcheck. I'll keep it up for a bit. Let me know if there are any issues:

Also, in case anyone is interested, the set for the opening act, Front Porch Lights was:

Kill em With the Kindness
Go On Ahead
In A Crowd
Coming Home (Leon Bridges cover)
On A Little Screen
Dreams

If anyone has any video/audio of the opener, please pass along my way!

That DT>BOWA was excellent. Always nice to actually hear Dave play the guitar. More unique segues and the like are always welcome to me.

Thatís the cool thing about playing solo is you donít have to worry about anyone else following you, so you can do whatever the hell you want (segues. Key changes, tempo changes etc).
