LET THE ALMANAC PICK SONGS / LIVE TRAX. what kind of crack does the ants staff smoke to pick the stuff they do. That or the DMB camp gives them a list of 6 songs and tells them to pick 5.

but, I will buy this anyway.

it's really not. Especially considering they picked songs that somewhat have themes for the disaster. Still, they could have made a lot of better choices IMHO.

i'll probably take these 5 songs along with typical from the other haiti thing and that d&t dreaming tree on the obama disc and make a little comp cd.

and i have no complaints about this whatsoever (ok, a different LITHOG would have been nice), but i am looking forward to them telling us this was part of the reason for the delay of our warehouse packages.

They can give them Live Trax 18 - 2000 and every DMBlive show forever. They'd hit more than they miss. But I would love the honor of one pick and I think it would be a hit for than it would miss.

That Dive In was not nearly as good as the ones where Boyd solos at the end. Why didn't they release a LITHOG with the extended jam that was so awesome late in the tour?

No complaints on Butterfly, Cry Freedom and OOMH. But I would've chosen different versions of Dive In and Hands of God.

Overall, I'll be getting this seeing as I haven't donated anything yet.

the quality of the versions picked bother me more than the songs themselves (which as I said, fit the theme).

In addition, all proceeds from merchandise sales* in the Warehouse and DMB official stores for 24 hours - from 12 noon ET on Friday, January 29th to 12 noon ET on Saturday January 30th - will go to the Relief Fund.

this is very, very cool of them to do. I'm curious to see how mario feels about it.
