I'm on to Poland. 10/28/15.
Don't Drink the Water & #41 are a fabulous one-two punch to begin any show. Hey, whaddya know? A rare lone Too Much. :rawk Pretty good version of Big Eyed Fish, too. A few overplayed songs in the middle, but I see this is their first show ever in Poland. Band is playing well yet again, even Boyd has been mostly on point this tour. Last three songs of the show rule. Ants Marching to close. Granny & Two Step in the encore. |
NP: 3/6/93 - Kappa Sig @ Washington & Lee University.
Great early DIDO and #34 for Miguel Valdez who passed a few days? earlier. 3-hour! show and yet part of it is cut off! This is one of the jammiest shows that I've heard in a while. Jimi with the Sexy MF outro. Just a wild show. |
Listening to 7/27/19. A well-played show.
The Stone is fantastic. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] |
DMB is now in Denmark on 10/30/15.
Thought the opener was gonna be Ddtw, but nope... Warehouse! :rawk Hey, a Seven that doesn't sound like Dave's strangling a cat. :thumbsup I enjoyed Gravedigger. Carter has a tasteful intro. This Say Goodbye is great. Some Dave improv. Carlos Malta is superb as per usual. |

To think of it, it's been played every show since that tour. It's a great song but give it a rest! |
This Jimi Thing from 10/30/15 is smokin' with Malta and Jeff. Ross is trying his hardest not to squeal.

Finished Denmark 10/30/15. The encore smoked. The Space Between, Ants Marching fake into a mindblowing Halloween. I was so impressed with the latter song's version I had to create a new thread and post some links. Damn. Band is on fire this tour.

I go to that 5/19/12 tape quite a bit |
Today I checked out 2/14/97 from Mobile. Great tape, I believe its an SBD? The show is great. Anything from that era is. Just nothing special about this show. 1/30/97 and 2/18/97 are my favorites from that tour

You Never Know
4/20/02 Dave's guitar is so crisp. My favourite live version. |
Listening to some more from 4/20/02.
If they were going to release a Spring '02 show, this could be a contender despite the crisp sounding aud. #41 and OSW have already been released. |
Live Trax 19 (Rio)
Always liked this Burning Down The House. Carter adds a bit of umph to this one. Still holds up as a solid release, imo. |
I like tims solo on that crush. Lt 19. The boyd solo before it :lol

Killer Stone, Top 5 Say Bye.
The release suffered because 1.) we got a lot of 08s in a short period of time, 2.) Live in Rio edited release was a thing we had before this was announced. So it was a quick pass and "what's next?" but a great listen. |
