The Come Tomorrow thread inspired me to put on CoCo and VITR.

I like CoCO but they play it way too slow live.

D&T Death on the High Seas 6/3/17

I've always liked this one. It's filler, and with some refinement I think it could be a good album cut. Some nice ideas. Trim the "oh baby" parts though.

D&T Bismarck 6/13/17

Love this. Hope it makes an album sometime. I'd love if Dave and Tim made a studio album together.

gweeps 09-12-2020 09:44 AM

A few random songs from Dave and Tim's 5/30/17 show. Excellent performances and aud.

Bismarck
Granny
Black and Blue Bird
Two Step
Ants Marching

Crowd is a bit rambunctious.

Bismarck is great... However I love DMB versions much more than D&T. It needs Carter and Jeff to fill it out. And it's one where I love what Tim plays on the electric... the balance between his electric and Dave's acoustic (which you can actually hear) is really great.

5/24/16 is a ridiculously solid version, amazing tape too.

Say Goodbye 7/13/16

Show opener. Carter and Jeff have some great interplay. Surprised me how good that intro was.
