Give it a rest. Warehouse - all time classic. Insanely overplayed.

9/11/05 This is a pretty good show. In the middle of LIOG now, which ive listened to this version 100 times, but that opening run was fantastic. I havent peeked at the setlist and i havent listened to this show in over a decade.

I think this is clearly the best night of the Red Rocks run if i remember correctly, but im interested to see where it goes in the 2nd 2/3rds of this show goes.

Definitely the best show of 2005, and one of the best I've ever been to, honestly.
Pig, YNK, LIOG, Crush, #41, LLD and WYA are excellent. Even Stand Up is a great performance.

It was a good show. The 2nd half definitely wasnt as good as the first, but the impromptu Halloween has to be a top 5 moment seeing it in person. Not a great version, but kudos to them for doing it. Following it up with Butterfly is also great. I love when Dave does a song like Halloween, Eh Hee, Last Stop, DIDO, and follows it up with a quiet song like Butterfly, Water/Wine, Ditch, etc.

Yeah that version of Halloween isn't that good, but it was impromptu, and my first one, and was an utter thrill.

In the encore, keep an ear out for Carter's drum change/repair/change back during Rapunzel.

As a former drummer, ive never enjoyed that version. The sound of the broken snare is like nails on a chalkboard to me. Its cool it gets fixed mid-song but it just turns me off.

I loved the video of Harry Miree showing carter the snare change. Its very cool to see carter figure out whats happening in the recording.

NP: 3/12/93 Chi Phi fraternity, UGA. Great SBD. The band was so loose and carefree back then.

I agree... especially the intrumental intro. every note is on-point.

I always picture the vibe at this show on a beautiful sunny afternoon in San Francisco.

I was there. That and the next night are the two best shows I've seen in my 105.
