The Warehouse 10 Volume 5 (2016 Membership Package Discussion)

The 2016 Warehouse Annual Membership Package

Is that the D&T version of Dodo that Dave fucks up six ways from Sunday? And a 2005 Dreamgirl?

That said, Get in Line and People People....badass.

Tomacco 03-24-2017 07:02 PM

Weeeeeeird track list. This is the first release of any kind for People People isn't it? Pretty surprised to see that song on a WH disc.
I was in attendance for this Last Stop, which is nice I guess. And also that Dreamgirl, which wasn't memorable (all I remember is it had a barely noticeable Blackbird tease, preceding the debut the next night).

dancetheham 03-24-2017 07:10 PM

And this version of Crash was already released, on the Stand Up bonus disc.

SonofSuns34 03-24-2017 07:11 PM

Why release a track that was already released (crash) wtf is wrong with the people who pick this shit

ThememanXX 03-24-2017 07:15 PM

Yeah, this one is just bizarre.

dancetheham 03-24-2017 07:16 PM

There's a lot not to like about this tracklist (re-release of Crash, '05 versions of Stand Up songs, Bartender>DDTW instead of something that doesn't overlap with LT41, apparently sloppy Dodo), but IMO the People People makes up for it all.

did they get the date wrong? there is no People People on 11/17/92 according to the grail. Or is it a Dave solo before Granny??? It says there was a cut in the recording, but I'm not sure if the front or back was cut off.

Bluewater34 03-24-2017 07:25 PM

Yeah, I think People People is the only really exciting thing here, but that is admittedly really exciting.

:lol

While it is a great performance of the song, that is a joke.

celluloid hero 03-24-2017 07:36 PM

People People is 11.24.92, not 11.17.

Jack 03-24-2017 07:38 PM

The fuck man. They had a good run for a few years.

The Almanac doesn't even have People, People being played at that show #CanOfWorms

Jack 03-24-2017 07:39 PM

God dammit Rob.

2nd and 3rd tracks released from Marin. That's some what cool. Get In Line dodn't do it for me. So, this is a WH1.

And WHY is Last Stop not 12/5/98?

Tomacco 03-24-2017 07:40 PM

The last disc I remember really liking was 2013's. Since then, meh.

celluloid hero 03-24-2017 07:42 PM

It's not releaseable. But People People is multi-track, not a straight board.
